Then, attendees will learn how to use the State Q&A tool to quickly compare laws across jurisdictions. Similarly, attendees will also learn how to utilize Practical Law’s cross-border materials to get a jump start when practicing outside the United States. What’s Market, Practical Law’s deal database, will be covered next. Using the tool, users will learn how to quickly compare provisions and current market trends. Finally, attendees will learn where and how to get help directly from our expert attorney editors and reference attorneys.
